Here you can read about some laid off MBAs in the Wall Street Journal. I hate the Wall Street Journal. I hate Wall Street, but I’ll try to rouse up some sympathy for the Laid-off MBAs. Some of them are pretty old, you know, over fifty. They’re all accomplished, and they have a lot to say.
But people with MBAs who are having trouble getting another job at half a million a year don’t get me all that teary-eyed. I want to find out what’s happening down the lower end of things, what’s happening to blue collar people. They don’t tend to do a lot of blogging from what I can tell.
